Guest Ratings & Reviews
I found the hotel to be a mixed bag. On the positive side, I enjoyed the lovely surprise of a $10 Starbucks voucher per person for breakfast and the complimentary bottles of water in the room made my husband very happy. However, the rooms, albeit containing all the essentials, had some issues like mold in the bathroom. The service, though friendly, lacked a bit in customer service training. The location, while not endearing, was conveniently close to downtown Langley. The dining options, although varied, didn't quite meet my expectations.
I found the hotel to be a great value for the price, with clean and fresh rooms that were spacious and comfortable. The service was outstanding, with helpful and friendly staff, although there were some issues with the cleanliness of the sheets. The location worked well for me, despite the presence of homeless people nearby, and the casino shared the premises. The dining experience was the only letdown for me, but overall, I had a satisfying stay.
The hotel is situated close to everything in town, with modern, clean, and very comfortable rooms where you just melt into the bed. The attached casino offers entertainment options; however, the location might not be endearing for everyone. The service was very nice, with friendly and attentive staff. The dining experience wasn't as good as expected, with limited breakfast options being the only disappointment. Despite some drawbacks, it's a convenient and well-located spot with good value for money.
